For an NGO, we implemented a data repository and information segmentation solution based on Dynamics 365 CRM.

We also installed and adapted our Fundraising module for Dynamics 365 CRM.

    Setting up a CRM with our Fundraising module

    Initial situation

    The communications department is responsible for donor relations.
    There was no dedicated tool for this purpose.

    A Business Central ERP was already in place, but was dedicated to the purely financial side of the business.

    The aim was to develop a solution for managing this repository and segmenting donations, with a view to better tracking of donors and donations, including reminders, thank-you notes, etc.

    Choice of BS-Team

    Our ERP partner had already had many excellent experiences of joint development of Business Central solutions integrated with CRM.
    So they put us in touch.

    The fact that BS-Team knew our business environment and sector very well, and that they had also developed a “Fundraising” module for CRM, were decisive factors.

    Project realization

    One of BS-Team’s Business Analysts first conducted a series of workshops to brainstorm the requirements, then organized, categorized and estimated them in terms of loads and costs.
    This was very useful in helping us prioritize and phase the project.

    The challenge of the first batch was to complete the project from start to finish in just one month.
    The challenge was met.

    On this basis, the fundraising module was installed and adapted to our needs.
    It was then integrated with ERP Business Central.

    Users were fully trained, coached and supported to ensure a smooth project start-up

    End of project

    The partnership with BS-Team worked very well with all the parties involved, both internal and external to the ERP solution provider.
    Their availability was a key factor in the rapid implementation of the solution.

    All objectives have been achieved.
    There are already plans to continue the project with the implementation of an Extranet based on the Dynamics 365 Portal, as well as the implementation of a marketing solution.
